Washoe Co. death toll from COVID-19 rises to 33

Washoe County’s death toll from coronavirus rose to 33 over the weekend. The latest deaths involve a woman in her 40s and a man in his 70s. There are 977 cases of COVID-19 in the county-about 550 are active while recoveries are approaching 400. Fifty-one persons are currently hospitalized.
