Casinos to Follow New Rules When Reopening

When casinos reopen, they’ll have to enforce strict guidelines from the Gaming Control Board, including limiting occupancy to 50 percent for each gaming area.
Rules include limiting the number of people at table games, such as three people per blackjack table. Social distancing precautions must be taken as well. The board suggests each casino remove every other chair from gaming machines. The guideline states “Licensees must clean and disinfect gaming machines, devices, chairs, and other ancillary equipment on a regular basis. Licensees should make hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes available for patron use.”
