A Reno barber is slapped with a $1,000 fine ffor ignoring stay-at home orders and reopening her business. Dee Goodman, who runs a mobile barbershop and Old West Barbershop reopened after she didn’t get any relief funds from the Paycheck Protection Program. The barber tells News 4 she gets thaht the division is just doing its job–though they knew she was going to reopen. She could appeal the fine.
