1 hospitalized in rollover crash on I-580

One person is hospitalized after a crash on I-580 that troopers say involved a reckless driver. It happened Sunday when troopers say two cars were heading southbound and one switched lands, side-swiping another vehicle, causing it to overturn and roll onto its roof. The victim in that vehicle was hospitalized with minor injuries.

WCSO eliminates DNA backlog

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has eliminated a DNA testing back-log. The county’s crime lab, has made a number of changes, that include outsourcing some DNA evidence for analysis. NV to receive less Pfizer vaccine in 2nd shipment

Nevada’s second receipt of COVID-19 vaccine will be smaller than expected. The state is getting 17,550 doses-down from the 30,000 it had been expecting. Governor Steve Sisolak called the move “disruptive and baffling.” There’s still no word yet on when that second round of doses will arrive.
