6 displaced after Sun Valley fire

A Sun Valley home goes up in flames. Truckee Meadows firefighters were called to Skaggs Circle Sunday. They say six people made it out safely though two had to be treated for minor injuries. They say the home was full of hoarders.

Woman killed in Minden SUV crash identified

We now have the name of a woman who died in a crash in Minden last week. Troopers say 70-year-old Laura Staugaard of Dayton was fatally ejected from an SUV that collided with another SUV on U.S. 395 south of Johnson Lane. Troopers say she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.

Lyon County commissioners seek diesel fuel tax hike
