The travel forecast looks bleak unless you’re a public health expert. AAA Nevada says the majority of Americans will be staying home this Christmas. At least 34 million fewer people plan to travel this year. That’s down nearly 30 percent from last year. Those that are traveling — 96 percent are doing so by car. Air travel will see a 60 percent drop.
