When will Washoe County educators be able to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Superintendent Dr. Kristin McNeil tells News 4 the timetable remains unknown. Frontline health are workers remain at the front of the line to get the vaccine, and now the timeline delayed due to the state getting 42 percent less vaccine than promised in the second shipment. McNeil says it’s uncertain whether educators will be vaccinated before they’re scheduled to return to in-person learning in mid-January.
