Officials ID Man Missing Since Last July

Authorities say remains recently found in the Mt. Rose wilderness area of northern Nevada have been identified as those of a Hidden Valley man missing since last July.The Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the remains were of 38-year-old Scott Madden through dental comparison.

Damonte Ranch High School Parents Show Support

Yesterday and today parents of Damonte Ranch High School students are holding a community gathering to bring some positivity to students after yet another tragedy. In less than two months, five students from the high school have died. Starting today, the school is providing extra counselors, social workers and psychologists.
