The second update of Nevada’s COVID-19 Dashboard is coming. El Dorado County to extend stay-at-home orders

Washoe County added six COVID-19 deaths for a total of 489. Of those, 211 deaths came in the month of December alone. The area added 305 new cases and 78 recoveries Thursday. 3 NV lawmakers from Las Vegas area contract COVID-19

Three Nevada lawmakers test positive for COVID-19. The Reno Gazette-Journal reports they are state Senator Pat Spearman, Assemblyman Howard Watts the third, and Assemblywoman Rochelle Nguyen. They each described their symptoms on Twitter. Spearman was hospitalized with the virus last week, but says she’s now feeling better. The Democrats represent the Las Vegas area.
