Nevada Highway Patrol says impairment is suspected after a wrong way driver struck a semi-trailer on I-80 Tuesday evening. The crash happened around 6:58 p.m. near the Rock Boulevard exit. NHP says the wrong way driver reportedly suffered injuries to their lower back, but the occupants of the semi were uninjured.
