The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the pedestrian killed overnight in Sparks as John Mouchou, 67. Mouchou’s city of residence is not known at this time. Mouchou’s death came as a result of a three vehicle crash at the eastbound I-80 off ramp to Sparks Boulevard just after 12:30 A.M., Wednesday.
