Nevada law states that any use of a handheld electronic device while driving– whether GPS, mp3 or cell phone– is illegal.

A Placerville teacher is accused in a child porn case. Sheriff’s deputies say 38-year-old Ryan Pullen had video of students at Union Mine High School undressing. He faces possession of child porn and child endangerment charges as police work to identify victims.
We now have the name of a man whose body was found early in the New Year in Douglas County. Sheriff’s deputies say he is 61-year-old Randall Withrow of Carson City. His body was found on Highway 395 north of Cradlebaugh Bridge. His cause of death remains under investigation.
Sparks Police arrest a car burglary suspect. They handcuffed Creselda Pando Wednesday who they say was responsible for a series of car break-ins in mid-December in northeast Sparks. She faces burglary and fraud charges.
Additional health professionals have been given the green light to administer COVID-19 vaccines in Nevada. Gov.
