A Sparks man is accused in a large-scale mail theft and check fraud scam. Hector Salinas was arrested by Washoe deputies Wednesday after tips from area residents. Officers say they found multiple fake driver’s licenses, fraudulent checks, and stolen mail all in his car. Salinas was on probation at the time of his arrest.
