Citations issued for alleged violations of coronavirus restrictions at a Trump rally held in Douglas County have been dismissed. OSHA had fined ABS Aviation and Douglas County a combined amount of more than 55-hundred dollars for the September rally at Minden-Tahoe Airport. Both the county and the aviation company contested the fines citing selecting enforcement, a lack of evidence, and First Amendment violations.
