A new business opens in Spanish Springs during the pandemic. News 4 reports Monin, the global beverage flavor company, opened a 115,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility that’s been years in the making. It was set to open in March when the pandemic hit-but was delayed several months. The facility employs 25 people and aims to double that number sometime next year.
