South Lake Tahoe City Council passes relief for struggling restaurants

South Lake Tahoe City Council has approved relief funds for struggling restaurants and local businesses. They approved $100,000 for restaurants to purchase environmentally friendly to-go containers, since they’re limited to take-out only due to California’s Stay-at-Home order. Council also approved the use of funds for a propane-refilling site at the city’s recreation center-to provide low-cost refills when outdoor dining is permitted.
