A Secret Witness tip leads to an arrest in connection with a theft from a northern Nevada non-profit. Reno police have charged Cynthia Ramos in connection with stealing baby baskets, food baskets, books, toys, and backpacks from the Down Syndrome Network. Ramos was already in jail on separate charges when she was tied to this theft.
