Presidential race too close to call; Amodei, Titus win re-election bids to US House

Still too close to call — the margin between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden in Nevada remains slim. Wednesday morning Biden was leading President Trump by just over 7,600 votes and mail-in ballots in the heavily Democrat Clark County haven’t yet been counted fully.

Republican Congressman Mark Amodei beat Democrat challenger Patricia Ackerman to secure a sixth term in the U.S, House. No Democrat has ever won the 2nd District. Amodei’s seat is the only one of four held by a Republican. Democrat Rep. Dina Titus won a fifth term beating Republican Joyce Bentley in the 1st District.
