Nevada voters appear split on a ballot on oversight of the Board of Regents, which oversees higher education in the state. At last check, voters narrowly disagreed that state lawmakers should have more control over the Board of Regents with 52 percent voting no. When it comes to marriage equality, 62 percent say the state’s constitution should be changed to recognize all marriages.
