Man arrested after standoff, shots fired in Reno

A man is arrested after a standoff at a Reno apartment complex. Police handcuffed 20-year-old Austin Huff after they say fired 20 shots through the door of his apartment on Sky Valley Drive last night. Police say nearby apartments had to be evacuated as a precaution. Huff eventually surrendered and faces various gun charges.
