The number of students and staff at UNR with COVID-19 surpasses 100 since the start of the fall semester just three weeks ago. UNR says nearly two dozen students living on-campus have tested positive. Seventeen have been quarantined in their own wing in Sierra Hall, where they have meals delivered. Officials say the air quality is in the “unhealthy range” and because of that, school district officials have decided to keep students home.
