A man is arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and domestic battery in Sparks. Police say Aiuga Lalau threatened his girlfriend with a handgun and hit her with it after refusing to allow her to leave a home on Los Altos Parkway. The victim tells police she ran to safety once he had fallen asleep.
