Washoe Co. Deputies Subdue Man with Non-Lethal Round

Washoe County Sheriff’s Deputies used a non-lethal 40 mm round and a K9 to subdue and arrest an armed man wanted for assault in Lemmon Valley Saturday night. Deputies said they responded to a domestic assault report near Cameo Court and Magnolia Way in Lemmon Valley. They found 28-year-old Oscar Rodriguez sitting in his vehicle, reportedly armed with a gun. When he reached for his waistband, he was fired upon and arrested.
