Troopers believe a motorcyclist, who died one week ago in a crash on the I-580 off-ramp was involved in a road rage incident. The NHP says 29-year-old Louis Palsgaard was driving recklessly when he struck a concrete barrier and thrown from his bike. They say he went over the bridge onto Plumb Lane. He was found several hours later and pronounced dead. Police are looking for a pick-up truck who they say was a victim to Palsgaard’s alleged road rage.
