Nevada’s attorney general is joining a multi-state effort to investigating JUUL Labs. The attorneys general will be investigating whether the e-cigarette maker’s marketing targets underage buyers as well as the company’s claims regarding nicotine comment and statements regarding safety and effectiveness if used to stop smoking. At least seven cases of lung illness have been tied to vaping in Nevada.
