This Friday the Nevada State Public Charter School Authority will vote to renew or discontinue local charter school contracts. One of those is Nevada Connections Academy, an online public school. It give students in grades K-12 the flexibility to learn at home, at their own pace. If the closure does happen, 3,500 students in Nevada will be left to find a new school.
