They were called Monday to Isidor Court near Pyramid Highway. Tests showed the substance was a starch or baby powder and not dangerous at all.

Keith Schipper, the state communications director for the Trump Victory Campaign, says they’re on the ground every day. They hope to flip the state-that’s a big reason why they opened a Reno campaign office. Hillary Clinton won Nevada in 2016.
