A California man gets a decade in prison for drug trafficking in Reno. Police say Reginald Miller was caught in an undercover operation last summer, where he sold meth heroin to an officer. While out on bail, Miller severely beat and threatened a witness in the case. He pleaded guilty to both crimes.
A car careens into a vape shop in Sparks. It happened outside Pyramid Vapory and Art Studio on North McCarran Boulevard Monday. Police identify a suspect in a murder last month at Lazy 5 Regional Park. They’re looking for Giovanni Gonzales-Mariscal. They believe he may’ve killed a 20-year-old man in Sparks at the park on December 2nd. A $2,500 reward is being offered for Gonzales-Mariscal’s arrest.
A maintenance warehouse catches fire at the Hidden Valley Golf Club. Truckee Meadows and Reno firefighters were called there Saturday morning and quickly got the fire under control. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
