A man is stabbed inside a Reno casino. Police were called to the Cal-Neva Wednesday afternoon. There, they found a man in his twenties, suffering from a non-life-threatening stab wound. Police say he was knifed near the Top Deck Restaurant. No one’s been arrested.

A woman is struck by a car in Reno. It happened at South Wells Avenue and Willow Street Wednesday. Police say the woman wasn’t using a crosswalk when she was hit by a car heading southbound on Wells Avenue. Her injuries aren’t considered life-threatening, but she was hospitalized.

The investigation into a fatal pedestrian crash involving a Reno Fire department ladder truck is complete. If your child goes to Vaughn Middle School and is sick-you’re asked to keep him or her home. School officials say they’re seeing a high number of cases of a gastro-intestinal illness that’s sickening students. The school is being thoroughly bleached to get rid of the germs.

A GoFundMe has been set up to help pay for survivors of a woman who was murdered in the Virginia City Highlands. The GoFundMe page says Jana McElhaney has two survivors–one is a minor and the other has special needs. William Collier is accused of killing her.
