Trial delayed for man accused in Circus Circus murder

A man accused of murdering a woman inside Circus Circus pleads not guilty. 22-year-old Tevin Johnson is accused of murdering Amber Morris in her hotel room last summer. He won’t see the inside of a courtroom until March of 2021 with trial delayed due to COVID-19.

Washoe County adds 35 cases, 36 recoveries

Washoe County adds nearly as many coronavirus cases as it does recoveries. COVID-19 cases ticked up by 35 while recoveries increased by 36. The county saw no new deaths with the death toll standing at 107. Sixty-seven persons remain hospitalized.
