A man, who faces charges in connection with a police-involved shooting in Reno last month faces a new charge. Justus Aceves, 20, was charged with resisting a public officer with a firearm. Police say Aceves pulled a gun on them as they searched for him inside a hotel on West Street.
A man wanted for sex crimes out-of-state is arrested in South Lake Tahoe. U.S. Marshals took 24-year-old Devin Randolph into custody over the weekend. He was wanted on charges of rape, aggravted kidnapping and sexual assault in Salt Lake City, Utah.
