Washoe County sees two more COVID-19 deaths for a total of 170. The latest deaths involve a woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s-both had underlying health conditions. The county added 128 cases Sunday and nearly 90 recoveries.
A motorcyclist is dead in a crash on I-80 near the state line. It happened last night on the westbound side of the highway on the California side near Goldranch. Troopers say the motorcycle slid under a pick-up truck. At least one other person involved was seriously hurt.

Former WCSD Trustee Scott Kelley announced Saturday that he’s tested positive for COVID-19. Kelley says he will suspend all in-person campaigning for his seat that he resigned from earlier this year. He also said that he will self-quarantine for the next 10 days.
A weeklong human trafficking sting by the FBI has led to the arrest of 28 men at a south Reno home. All 28 suspects arrived at a home in south Reno to “knowingly engage in, and pay for, sex acts with a minor as identified through the Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit.”
