Two people are hospitalized after a crash in Sparks. The NHP says it happened at McCarran and Nichols boulevards Tuesday. Police say one vehicle failed to stop at a red light and struck another car. Impairment is not suspected in the crash.
We’re learning more about the bodies of two people found a snow plow driver across the state line. Investigators say the man and woman found along U.S. 395 in Mono County were murdered. Their bodies were found north of Bridgeport Monday. They haven’t been identified.
A homeless man accused of killing a homeless woman in Douglas County pleads not guilty. Kenneth Hayes is accused of killing Melissa Riley. Her body was found behind the Home Depot on Jacks Valley Road last week. Police say the two had been living in a nearby tent together.
