Hundreds of new condos could be coming to the old Lakeridge Tennis Club site in Reno. Developers submitted a proposal for eight four-story buildings with 314 condos, a clubhouse, and recreational facilities on the nine-acre site at Plumas Street and South McCarran Boulevard.
