A reward is being offered in connection a shooting in Reno that’s turned fatal. Police say 24-year-old Donovan Bartley of Reno was shot and killed on the 2200 block of Tybo Avenue Sunday. Secret Witness is offering a $2,500 reward for information in the case.

A convicted sex offender is back behind bars after failing to register. Washoe County deputies picked up 57-year-old David Hanley. Hanley is a Tier III sex offender in Texas, who was convicted of indecency with a child.
