A man is behind bars on aggravated stalking charges after an hours-long standoff with police in a Stead neighborhood Thursday night. Police were actively searching for 31-year-old Stephen Ligouri for a previous stalking case and traced him to a home off Crystal Shores Drive Thursday. After a five hour standoff, he was taken into custody.
