The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office say a missing girl has been found safe and her non-custodial mother now faces charges. 12 year old Arya Daffern had been reported missing on July 27th and was believed to be with 45 year old Angela Sloan. Sloan was taken into custody on a Washoe County warrant. Arya is in the custody of Child Protective Services and is being returned to Nevada.
