Starting Friday, Carson City will be implementing fire restrictions. Officials say there are concerns about increasing daytime temperatures, wind and drying fuels. The restrictions are in effect for all lands, both private and public. Also, drivers are warned that hot exhaust can also spark wildfires in the dry grass.
