Nevada State Police says one person was killed in a wreck early Sunday morning on US 395 Alternate near WIlliam Brent Road. Police say the driver of an Infinty was headed southbound on US 395 Alternate, when the driver left the travel lane and hit two paddle markers, then went back into the road, went over a culvert, and hit a tree. The passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene. Police say they suspect speed is a factor in the crash.
