A registered sex offender is back behind bars. A federal indictment accuses 53-year-old James Burns of Reno of using social media to coerce two children into producing child porn. He’s also accused of distribution the porn online. He faces two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and possession and distribution charges. If convicted, he’ll be in prison for life.
