Sparks police say a 15-year-old boy was killed in shooting at an apartment complex on Richards Place Monday night. Investigators say the incident was likely gang-related. Officers arrived at the scene just a couple minutes after receiving a call for multiple shots fired at about 8:35 p.m. They recovered shell casings at the scene and found the victim dead.
