A man is stabbed in a carjacking in Sparks. It happened in alleyway between 4th and 5th streets in broad daylight Tuesday. Police say the victim was stabbed multiple times and had his vehicle stolen. He was hospitalized and remains in critical condition. Detectives arrested Joseph Weber an hour after the incident; they found him hiding in a nearby apartment. Police say Weber and the victim knew each other.
