One woman is dead after a fatal hit-and-run on I-80 eastbound at the Pyramid Way off-ramp. Sparks Police and Nevada Highway Patrol responded to the incident this morning just after 3 a.m. NHP says one woman was struck by an unknown vehicle who fled the scene. The unidentified woman was pronounced dead upon arrival. The suspect is still at large.
