A 10-year-old boy from Sun Valley who was injured in a hit-and-run crash gets a special surprise. The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office surprised Jonathan with a new bike and helmet. They took the boy to Scheel’s to go shopping for it so he could pick out his own bike and got him a helmet at Reno Motor Sports. The boy was struck Sunday by a woman who waved him on and then accelerated towards him. The driver fled the scene and hasn’t been arrested yet.
