The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who stole a vehicle from the Harrah’s casino parking lot earlier this month. Surveillance footage from Valentine’s Day shows a man stealing another man’s jacket which contained the vehicle’s keys. It then shows the man getting into the victim’s gray Toyota Tacoma with California license plates.
