Washoe County Commissioner Bob Lucey gets slapped with an ethics complaint. The complaint, filed by Reno Christian Fellowship, claims Lucey failed to disclose a conflict of interest when he didn’t abstain from voting on a zoning issue. The complaint alleges Lucey owns a home and a business in the area that was discussed and should not have voted on the matter. Lucey didn’t return 2 News’ request for comment.
