Two men were arrested Saturday afternoon after police said they threatened someone with a short-barreled shotgun near Victorian Avenue in Sparks. A short time later, police found the suspect vehicle and arrested both John Kramer and Michael Jervik-Harrell. It’s believed both were carrying the short-barreled shotgun at different times during the incident. Police were unable to find the victim of the incident.
