Washoe County Health Officer Kevin Dick warns that there may be “dark days” ahead after the Washoe County School Board voting to approve its initial reopening plans on Tuesday night. Dick warned that the county could see a spike in overall cases because of the district’s decision . He’s calling on the community to do everything it can to drive down the spread of the virus before schools reopen on August 17th.
