West End Beach at Donner Lake is slated to open today. COVID-19 restrictions are in place including 10 ft. by 10 ft. squares for families to set up shop at the beach and stay away from others as well as sanitation stations. Beach capacity is set at 20 percent-which means about 400 people can enjoy it at a time.
