Carson City saws its third death tied to COVID-19 Monday. Health officials say the latest victim was a man in his 80s. The Quad-County region now has 145 cases-with 102 recoveries. Carson City has the most cases within the region at 71 followed by Lyon County with 48. Douglas County has 25 cases while Storey County has just one. The Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe, meantime, has 20 confirmed cases.
